We are a mobile notary service based in Seattle, Washington. We travel to clients throughout the Seattle metropolitan area and surrounding regions, including all of King, Pierce, Snohomish, Skagit, and Kitsap counties.

Our $50 professional mobile notary service package includes your first notarization as well as all travel and service fees. Any additional notarizations beyond the first is $15 each per Washington State regulations.

Our Hospital / Medical Notary Service is a professional, all-inclusive package designed for convenience and peace of mind. For a flat fee of $100, this service includes all notarizations needed, as well as all travel and service fees to a hospital, nursing home, or medical facility. Please note that as a notary public per Washington State law I am forbidden from providing legal advice.

Our professional Loan Signing package is an all-inclusive service designed to ensure a smooth and efficient real estate closing. For a flat fee of $100, this service includes our expert guidance through all of the loan documents, as well as all travel and service fees. We come to you at a time and place that is convenient for you and the other signers.

As a commissioned notary public, I am a trained and impartial witness. My role is to verify the identity of signers and witness the signing of documents. By Washington state law, I am prohibited from giving legal advice, answering questions about a document's content, or assisting in document preparation. If you have questions about your legal documents, you must contact a qualified attorney or the person who prepared the documents for you.

Yes, we can. We provide forms for common notary practices such as verification of oath or affirmation, witnessing or attestation of a signature, copy certification, and the Washington Short-Form Individual Acknowledgment. Each form can be provided for an additional $5 per document. If any additional forms are required we are happy to assist with this. Please contact us for more information.

Our processing times depend on the document's origin (Washington State, other U.S. states, or Federal) and the service level selected (Standard, Expedited, or Rush).

Standard Processing

Standard processing is available for Washington State documents, documents from all 50 U.S. states, and Federal documents.

• Washington State Documents: 7 days

• Other U.S. State and Federal Documents: Processing time is dependent on the individual state's (or federal agency's) current timeline. These documents require additional time for us to send and receive them from the respective state or federal authority. We will provide an estimated timeline upon document review.

Expedited and Rush Processing (Washington State Documents ONLY)

To meet the demands of urgent requests, we offer faster processing tiers exclusively for Washington State documents.

• Expedited: 3-day processing time.

• Rush: 1-day processing time.

Yes. As a commissioned notary public, there are certain situations where I am prohibited from performing a notarization. We cannot notarize:

• Incomplete documents that contain blank spaces.

• Vital records such as birth, death, or marriage certificates.

• Original documents that cannot be copied because they are considered a public record.

• Photographs or other non-document items.

• Documents where the notary is a signer or has a financial interest in the transaction.

My duty is to be a neutral witness, and I must refuse a notarization if I believe the signer is being coerced, is not of sound mind, or cannot be properly identified.

To ensure a successful notarization, please bring the following to your appointment:

• A Valid Photo ID: Washington State law requires that a notary identify the signer with a valid, government-issued photo ID. The ID must be current or have expired less than three years ago, and it must contain a photo, signature, and a physical description. Acceptable forms of ID include a U.S. passport, a state-issued driver's license, or a military ID.

• The Document to be Notarized: Please bring the complete, unsigned document. It is a legal requirement that the signature be made in the notary's presence.
